Το 2ο Off-Road Adventure Festival έρχεται στο Markopoulo Park στις 14-15/9

Strategic collaboration between HORSE RACES SA & NICOSIA RACING CLUB

In a special event held on Friday, March 9th in the Facilities of Horse Race Track in Markopoulo, we had the announcement of the strategic collaboration between Horse Races SA and Nicosia Racing Club, the official organizer of Horse races and Horse Races betting in Cyprus.

The event was attended by the Bod of Horse Races SA and members of the Management of Nicosia racing Club. All of the Horse Racing community, owners, Greek and Cypriot jockeys as well as the trainers came to the event, expressing their optimism for the big step that is made both for Greek and Cypriot horse races.

Mr. Odysseas Christoforou, Vice Chairman of HRSA SA and Chief Operations Officer Costas Alexopoulos    of HRSA welcome this initiative which enhances the betting choices and thanked Nicosia racing Club for the collaboration,

Mr. Alexis Charalambidis, Vice President of NRC pointed that, “I hope that soon enough our collaboration will be getting into a second phase where new initiatives, like events such as an “All Star Show” with the participation from both Greek and Cypriot champions. Common goal for both institutions is the continuous upgrade of Horse Races as well as the strengthening of their collaboration towards a mutual benefit”.

The Chairmain of the Owners of Racing Horses in Greece Mr. Marios Koutsomitis stated: “I would like to thank Horse Races SA and OPAP, for the steady steps they made towards the growth of Greek Horse Races. EIDIE is open to any kind of synergies with the Cypriot owners of Racing Horses or with Nicosia Racing Club, always aiming at the promotion of betting”.

With this collaboration, which from the first days is already met with huge success, all players from Greece have the ability to bet in the races held in Nicosia’s Horse Race Track, every Wednesday at 15:30 and every Sunday at 15:00, participating in the common pool which offers bigger amounts to the winners.
